Hey Lauralyn!! Wow it's been a long time! Kari saw you mentioned in the Alumni section of BYU-IDAHO magazine as MRS. IDAHO!! I am so proud of you. I decided to google your name to read more about the pageant, and ran across your blog. What a beautiful family you have! Congratulations. I'd love to hear from you, so e-mail if you want...
Love, Heather Baxter Jensen

Lauralyn,

I am so excited to find you after all these years! I have been wondering what ever happened to you. I can see that you have a wonderful family and you look absolutely fabulous!! I can not believe all those good-looking kids belong to you and Marc. Ha Ha! You've got some catching up to do with Heather and I! (Frankly, Heather really needs a friend-- after all she's been through. The homeless thing and all. And the 300 lb. weight gain hasn't been good. Her time in prison didn't help things either.) I hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Lauralyn,
My name is Jenna Corry. I actually competed in the Mrs. Utah America Pageant last year, and went on to follow Heather in the Mrs America pageant, and then ran across you. I found your blog for Mrs. Idaho, and then recently found this blog. (Haha- I hope I don't sound like a stalker.) Anyway- I have wanted to tell you for a while that I admire you and all you stand for. I love that you were able to be modest throughout the pageant and stand up for such a great thing. I know from experience that its not the easiest thing to find clothes that are modest, but also fit into the "pageant world". I'm sure you are such an inspiration to so many girls in the wards around you. You have such a beautiful family, and good luck with the upcoming Idaho pageant!
